The Ibizan Hound is one of the world's oldest breeds, and has its origin back in ancient Egypt.

The Norwegian Ibizan Hound Foundation organizes most of the 70-80 Norwegian Ibizan hounds. The club were started in 1990 and organizes both owners and lovers of this beautiful breed.

In Norway there are 2 Ibizan Hound (Podenco Ibicenco) breeders, Kennel Rosenhill and Bee Djei.

There are 2 Pharao Hound breeders: Løveklippen and Al Mozel.

There are 4 Podengo Portugues breeders: Myhrelen, Heather Webster, Nagoosa og Gerseme.

The club continously works in ordre to preserve the best possible breed standard within the Nordic countries.
